Ouch. This is a toughie, since Ryu is supposed to be the best fighter in
the world, and Ranma, by DEFINITION always wins.

Of course, if you're going for personal preference, I'd say Ranma.
Mainly because Ryu has about as much personality as Mike Harcourt.
