I just lurk here, but I feel I have to cut in.  Usagi didn't know 
that Haruka was a girl until right before she made up with Mamoru.  
She thought Haruka was a guy, but then she saw her as a senshi...

Yes and no. She suspects. She does ask Haruka several times "if you are a
girl or a boy" and Haruka says "does it matter?"

And the Jupiter thing never happened in the manga.
