Kinda hard NOT to do this, when there aren't any more new enemies with
the show being over. ^_- Unless you mean the fanfic is a retro-fic where
x-and-so hasn't appeared yet in the timeline. ^_^

If the Sailor Senshi aren't fighting a new enemy at all: 2 drinks

 
6 if there's actually NO combat for the entire length of the story. 

If Japanese and American Names for the Senshi are mixed (ie Serena 
Tsukino): Chug

If the words 'Sailor Scouts' are used in CONJUNCTION with the Japanese
names: Chug.

If the attacks of the characters are mixed (aka Usagi uses "Moon Tiara
Magic" and Haruka uses "World Shaking"): Chug once and slap the author
with a videocassette of Sailor Moon Super S episodes. 

If the Sailor Starlights show up, 3 drinks.
	... and it's patently obvious that the author doesn't know the
       first thing about them, 6 drinks.

If Seiya, Yaten, or Taiki are proclaimed by the author to be female in
their non-senshi forms, 2 drinks.

If Seiya, Yaten, or Taiki get involved with girls in non-senshi form: 2
drinks. 
     .... if those girls AREN'T ACTUALLY SENSHI, 4 drinks. 

If Seiya, Yaten or Taiki for some reason date men in their non-senshi
form, 5 drinks. 

If the Outer Senshi show up, 2 drinks
	... and are written in such a manner that the authors' homophobic
    tendencies are screamingly obvious, chug.  (I've seen this, and no,
    I don't care to remember the title.)

If the Outer Senshi show up and either Haruka or Michiru is killed
somewhere in the course of the story (a distressingly common thread), 4
drinks and a box of kleenex. 

If the Outer Senshi show up and either Haruka or Michiru is gravely
injured within the first two pages, 3 drinks. 

If the Outer Senshi appear and Haruka and Michiru are
fighting/bickering/generally NOT getting along, 3 drinks. 

If Haruka and Michiru make suggestive comments, 1 drink. 
    ...  if they're making suggestive comments at OTHER SENSHI, 2 drinks. 
    ...  if they then start bickering over said comments, see previous
         rule.
    
If Setsuna or Hotaru show up, 6 drinks. 
    ... if they actually have a central role in the plot and more than one
        or two scenes, 4 drinks per plot point. 
    ... if Hotaru/Saturn receives a powerup, 5 drinks, and run in fear. 

If Sailor V shows up, 2 drinks...

    ... and if someone tries to relate "Ace" to Tuxedo Kamen, take 6
drinks and LAUGH. 

New Characters:

If "Sailor Sol/Sailor Sun/Sailor Helios" or any variant of a sun Senshi 
appears, 2 drinks.
    ... if that Sailor Senshi ISN'T immediately best friends with Sailor
        Moon, or made to be related to her in some way, drink 5 times. 
    ... if that Sailor Senshi isn't nine times more powerful than any 
	of the other Senshi, drink 5 times. 	    

If "Sailor Earth/Sailor Rhea/Sailor Terra/Sailor Gaia" or any variant on
an Earth Senshi appears, 2 drinks. 
    ... if that Sailor Senshi is related in some way to Tuxedo Kamen, 2
        drinks. 	
   
If the earth senshi and the sun senshi appear TOGETHER in the same story,
at the same time, drink 6 times. 
    ... if the earth senshi and the sun senshi are dating, 8 drinks. 

If a child-like Senshi related in some way to Usagi or Chibi-Usa or
Chibi-Chibi appears, drink the entire bottle and scream. 
    ... if that child contains the only power that will save the world, 
 	drink an entire bottle, scream, and delete the fanfic. 

Deaths:

                    toking. 
With Dr.Who: 4 drinks. 
	... if Setsuna is revealed to be Dr. Who's granddaughter. 6
        drinks.
With Transformers: 8 drinks. (You'll need it!)
	... if the Senshi replace the Headmasters, and the robots
         transform into giant sailorfuku robots... CHUG CHUG CHUG
With Wedding Peach: 6 drinks.
With Pretty Sammi: 6 drinks, and watch the pretty colors. 

Lemon pairings

If the 'fic is launched starting with an actual scene from the anime, 
1 drink.

If any of the Senshi equipment is used in a lemon scene: 4 drinks

... 1 drink if the henshin rod or item is used as a phallus substitute. 
... 3 drinks if HARUKA AND MICHIRU are unimaginative enough to do that. 
... 5 drinks if the author creates a new magic item that the characters
    use only for sexual purposes. 

2 drinks if any/all of the characters involved are brainwashed. 

5 drinks if Galaxia shows up and uses her bracelets to slave the
Starlights into sleeping with her. 
   ... 8 drinks if she does this to anyone ELSE. 

Authors:

Celia Stingray/Haruka 'Sol' Ten'ou (aka me) ^_-
     and if Sailor Sol/Honoo Asahi DOESN'T appear eventually, 6 drinks. 
     If it's another huge multipart epic storyline that never gets
     finished, 1 drink. 
     If it's a lemon, 3 drinks. 
	... if the outer senshi AREN'T the main characters, 7 drinks. 
     If the outer senshi don't appear at all, 8 drinks, and ask her what's
     wrong.
