I need somebody with a more comprehensive poetry experience to help me
find a poem.

Its about tigers or cat in general and I know this is an excerpt from
it.

	Actually the poem is more about Evil than about Cats.  What your quoting 
is from the first part
	Tiger tiger burning bright
	In the jungles of the night
	What immortal hand or eye
	can trace thy fearful symmetry

	I don't recall it completely, but I do recall the final lines:
	When the stars threw down their spears
	And watered Heaven with their tears
	Did he smile his work to see
	Did he who made the lamb make thee
