This is the first portion of a Ranma fic I want to right, but I would like
to know what you guys think of it at this point... This is still prototype,
which means that there are probibly some spelling errors, esp as my word
proccesors spell check is dead. 

Anyways, C&C is welcome and needed. 

Without further ado,

Police Report #1701-106435: Arson Investigation: Big Ed's Chapel of Love:
Las Vegas, Nevada. 
Preliminary Investigation.

On the morning of January 29, 1997, Several callers informed 911, that Big
Ed's Chapel of Love located at 19th in Blake, in the outskirts of Las
Vegas, was on fire. Despite the best efforts of  the fire department, it
later burned to the ground. The building next to it, Big Ed's Drive Thru
Wedding Chapel, also sustained massive Damage. 
Suspecting Arson, a investigation was launched later that day.Two facts
immediatly stood out in investigators minds, the first being that the fire
started in three different locations in the building at the same time. In
addition, the vault, which contained pending marraige licenses (thoose
which had yet to be filed with the governement), was open, and therefore,
all pending documents were lost. Upon closer investiation, Investigators
found traces of Plastique Explosives, which were used to force open the
vault, prior to the fire.  Investigators later concluded that it was indeed
arson. Givin the lack of valuables of any magnitude, and the relitive One
can safely assume that the perpetrator committed this crime to destroy the
documents contained in the vault of the buidling. 

On that Line of Reasoning, the Police department interviewed Big Ed
himself, who was unable to shed much light on this situation, due to
experences the previous night, in which he had seriously been intoxicated
at a party at "Big Ed's Disco Fever." The Minister, who preformed these
ceremonies, was admitted to Las Vegas Mercy Hospital earlier that day, due
to a extreme case of Exhaustion, and Stress related mental injury. The
Minister, however, was able to provide a list of people who had been married. 

The following is a chronological reconstruction of the evening, and the
notes from the interviews of the married couples. 

The first couple were escorted into the Chapel at 10:00AM. Apparently the
fathers had made the reservation, with out consulting the Children
involved. We needed a Japanese translater, to talk to this couple, and the
translater stayed with us for the rest of the Evening. Here is the
transcript of the Converstation of the First couple:


Translator: Please State your Name:

Ranma: Saotome Ranma. 
Akane: Ten … Saotome Akane. 

Translator: Newly Married?

Akane & Ranma : Hai

Translator:  Congratulations. Now, if you don't mind the Police Department
has some questions for you. 

Akane: Hai. 

Translator: Where were the two of you three nights ago around 2pm.

At this, both suspects blushed, and the Translator laughed. 

Translator: Gomen Nasai. (Clears his throught). 

Translator: Saotome-San, could you please tell me in your own words, what
happened over the last 3 weeks, and why you where at the Chapel three days
ago. 

Ranma: Well is all started when our fathers informed us that our family
vacation would be to Las Vegas….

"And so we are all going to the United States for a vacation…" Soun
continued Genma's thought. Ranma and Akane both stared at their fathers in
horror. "Las Vegas?", Akane asked. "I have never even heard of it before,
what is there to do there?". "There is something there for the entire
family", Soun continued. "For Nabiki, there is the gambling". Nabiki
meanwhile looked like she couldn't care less about the gambling, but
instead seemed to be making phone calls, with an evil "I have an idea" look
on her face.  

Soun Continued, "For Kasumi & Nodoka, the annual Best Home and Garden
convention." Nodoka eyed her husband with a suspicious glare. "… And for
Genma-Panda, A zoo", Soun continued…  Soun immeditaly disregarded the
intese stare Genma gave him. "And for the master who is kindly paying for
this, The Las Vegas shows. Ranma and Akane looked at Happosai, who could
have been mistaken for a very bad, lecherous statue, if not for the Saliva
escaping from his mouth. 

Nodoka took this chance to take her katana out and polish it. "This had
better not be a attempt to marry off Ranma and Akane."  She choose this
moment to wave her katana in the face of Genma, who gulped, but then
twisted his sign around to read: Why would you ever think that, darling?.
Nodoka continued… "Just because I decided that Ranma was a man among men,
doesn't mean that I decided that you fulfilled the terms of our
agreement.." You have to prove to me that you are still a man." At this,
Genma gulped, and immeditly began to shrink away. Soun quickly said "Ranma,
Akane, we will leave tomorrow at 10am. We have a 12 o'clock flight to the
States from Nerima Internation Airport".

Everyone left the room, expect for Nabiki, who slyly grinned and once again
headed for the Phone. She quickly dialed a number, which had long been
etched into her memory. "Hello, Nekohaken?, ah Cologne, put Shampoo on… Ah
Shampoo, I have a deal for you that you cannot afford to pass up on, you
see we are going on a vacation ... " 

The next day came, and everyone got on board the van, heading for the
Airport. The space was a little cramped, and unfortunately Happosai was
still drooling. Kasumi had a peaceful look on her face, and Soun and Genma
were smiling as if they were foxes, and the keys to the chicken house had
just been handed to them by the farmer.

However, it was the look on Nabiki's face that worried Akane. Akane nudged
Ranma, and whispered: "I don't like the look on Nabiki's face at all. She's
planning something." Nabiki noticed Ranma and Akane staring and her, and
waved back. 

The Plane was a JAL Boeing 747. "All Right" Ranma thought, a nice big
plane. Ranma had never flown anywhere before, because his father was way
too cheap. Nodoka and Genma had all ready boarded the plane. 

"Ran-Chan" a voice from the blue  interjected. 
"Ranma" Shampoo's voice echoed. 

Instantly, the following chain of events occured:
a) Ranma braced for impact.
b) Akane Raised her hand to smack Ranma.
c) Ranma was smacked by Akane. 

"OK, Nabiki, where are the tickets, Ukyou asked". Ranma instantly drooped
his head, as he figured out what Nabiki had done. Nabiki had sold Ukyo and
Shampoo tickets."Here you go, " Nabiki told Ukyo and Shampoo, "For Shampoo,
Seat 33-A, and for You, Ukyo, seat 33-C". Ranma didn't have to look at his
ticket, to know exactly where it was. Nabiki quickly grabbed Ranma, and
said: "Oh, Ranma have I got a deal for you., you can trade your ticket for
this one (Which she held in her right hand), and that way, Akane won't hurt
you". Ranma quickly realized that he had little or no choice in the matter.
Akane loosing her temper might result in cabin depressurization. 

"How Much" Ranma asked, getting out his wallet. 
"Only Two hundred and fifty yen", Nabiki replied with a smirk. 

<<"only two hundred and  fifty yen" Ranma's mind asked, "what is going on
here", the other portion of Ranma's brain instantly countered "Shut up,
don't think, and take the bargin">>


Ranma quickly handed Nabiki 50 yen. Ranma was then guided to his seat,
which happened to be in the cargo section of the plane, while Nabiki
bartered with two old gentlemen, desperate to catch this flight out of
Tokyo, with Ranma's old ticket. 

Ranma quickly discovered how cold the cargo department was at 50 thousand
feet.

"Where is she, You dried up …" Cologne brought a early end to sentence as
moouse was Squished to the ground by Cologne's staff. "Silance boy, There
is nothing you can do", Cologne gloated.

At that moment, Ryouga tunneled up into the Nekohaken, directly under
Cologne. Cologne was sent flying, at was knowcked unconcious, by Ryouko's
use of the Breaking point, which had exploded the ground under her to
create the tunnel. As cologne wen't flying,  out of her pocket, fell 10
American dollors, which Mousse Instantly saw (without glasses) and Picked
up." 

"Aha! British Dollors", Mousse yelled, "they must have gone to England!!!"
Rrouga hit Mousse accross the head, and forced Mousse to put on his
glasses. "That is American mony you fool, but why is that Important",
Ryouga quized Mousse. "Because my darling shampoo has followed Ranma, and
the Tendou's there." 

Ryouga could not belive his ears. "Akane, alone, in America, with
Ranma!!!!" Ryouga's face instently lit up in fury. "I must find them".
"Very well then, I will go with and retrive my darling Shampoo". Mousse and
Ryouga walked outside, and down the block. The continued to walk down the
boulavard, until Mousse asked one of the more intellegant qustions he had
ever asked, "Ryouga, how are we going to get there?". 

Both men just sat there and weeped.

And thus the Tendou and Saotome troope came to America.
