Try reading the manga.  She's rather clearly a fruitcake.  She poisons her
own 'lover' without remorse (try any kodachi appearance), happilly ties up
Ranma (faked photo story), blackmails him with fake pictures (Faked photo
story), strews her own home with death traps (Faked photo story), shakes
hands with thumbtacks concealed in her hands (First appearance), and like
her brother can't catch a clue about Ranma/Ranma-chan, which even a dimwit
like Ryouga who can't recognize Ranma in girl form if he changes his
hairstyle understands.  Not to mention electrocuting said boyfriend (Faked
picture story), etc, etc.  She's off her nut.
