                   Spam Mail can be hazardous to your health.

Problem:    So-called 'spam' email that can cause intense mental anguish

Platform:   Possibly affects every reader of email and/or news (Usenet)

Damage:     When a user has had enough spam, their mind can become damage
            and their reactions can become unpredictable.  Observed
            actions have been inane retaliation (also known as 'flaming'),
            loss of life and/or internet access or even sending of more
            spam mail.

Solution:   Ignore all spam mail.  Do not publically retort unless they
            (the senders of spam mail) are really deserving of it.  Even
            then, don't.  Saying "Its only ones and zeros, zeros and ones"
            along with several deep breaths may help.  Remember, some
            spam-senders are people who have already 'flipped' and should
            be treated with kindness.

Vunerability: Anyone, particularly if in a bad mood at the time.

Notes:      Anyone who intentionally sends spam mail should be treated as
            a threat to society, and possibly eliminated.  Please leave
            this up to a trained professional like your local Systems
            Administrator.

Detection:  Up to the individual, and remember to take everything in a
            relaxed mood.  Anything labeled 'Spam', 'Make Money Fast' or
            'A thousand ways to...' is most likely spam, and should be 
            deleted unread.

Recovery:   Once the offending spam mail has been deleted, relax.  Getting
            upset doesn't solve anything.
