Cancel each other out? I'm not sure it would work that way. Would they not
merely owe each other debts? Hmm... destruction of the house... that was
at the end of the pill box episodes, wasn't it? From memory, the destruction
of the house was a byproduct from the girls fighting over the box(with the
worthy side-effect of giving Genma a beating), it was not a direct intent, it 
seems that calling it honourless is a bit harsh. But not as harsh as the stuff 
you blurt out below. Anyway, it's obvious we see certain events and 
characterisations differently, I'm not going to vent a spleen worrying about
arguing over it.

And as to deserve, fine. Your opinion. Certainly not mine. The only thing
I don't think Ukyou deserves is the life that Fate dealt her. That is my
opinion.

Well, Ukyou put herself in that position, not Fate. She decided to be a
man for the rest of her life, and she decided to go after Ranma and Genma
to kill them. *shrug* That's her choice, nothing to do with Fate. She
could have delt with what happened better, but she chose not to. So it's
Ukyou's fault.

Fate gave her an engagement that she has had no real sign that it has no hope,
even though we all know that it does not. I was not refering to anything else,
not her dressing as a man(lifestyle choice, doesn't even make me bat an eye)
or her seeking revenge on the Saotomes.

Hey, cool! Then Ukyou wouldn't be allowed to be in love with Ranma
any more, as she'd be his mother-in-law!

That would just make the relationship a bit more spicy, a bit more...
forbidden... 

Yes, I could see Ukyou thinking like that ... that doesn't say much for
her, wishing to be an adulterous slut. ;p  But at least we all know that
Ranma wouldn't go for it, because he loves Akane.

You're going to have to do a lot better than that to get me raging, not that
I thought you were really trying. Perhaps if you try 'I could see Ukyou 
fornicating with a horse, since it reminds her of Ranma's name'. And if we're 
going into insulting characters here, I could see Akane pushing Ranma away 
from her forever if Ukyou was her mother-in-law, from the inevitable,
unwarranted, insane jealousy that would produce.
