Sean? I have a feeling that your "<sarcasm>" block was just dumping some
free-floating hostility and wasn't specifically directed at Gary-san.

That is actually a way I tend to talk in RL.  Sometimes I forget that 
not everyone knows (or appreciates) my wacked-out sense of humor.

However, that and the smilies don't really matter. I've found that an
appology and official withdrawl of any malign intent, real or intended,
works great in dousing netflames. Miscommunications can and do occur, and
you're going to mess up occasionally. I know, I've made some truly _major_
screw ups that were ultimately not intended to be offensive (Mike Loader
can attest to this).

I guess you're right.
