Well that would definatly blow the story all to hell.  Ranma seems like he
stays Onna half the time.  And if his female body didn't age then i'm asuming
that his male body wouldn't age any in the time he spends as onna-ranma.
 He'd end up only middle aged while Akane was getting ready to die.   Hmm....
 The Amazons are long living people.... All Shampoo would have to do is wait
till Akane died of Old Age before pursuing the Widowed Ranma again...  Hey
that would actualy make an intresing fic!  Or not....
