I have to agree with this last bit (and that Ranma's female body would
also age). In fact, we have rather definitive proof to this effect in volume
34 of the tankouban: Onna-Ranma's breasts get larger as she gets older.
That certainly suggests to me that Onna-Ranma's body is maturing.

Oh well, might as well contribute to this debate. As everybody knows, Ranma
fell into the spring of 'drowned young girl'. The keyword here is young.
How do you define young? From a baby until you reach your first adulthood
i.e. by the time you are past 18? Or until you reach the age of 25? In this
way, my guess is that Onna-Ranma would age until she either reach her first
adulthood ie when her body reached the physical age of a 18 yr old or
continued maturing until she's 25 and stopped there indefinitely.
