 I don't know.  I can see this fic as a kind of 'Ranma 1/2 does The
 Fugitive'.  Although I can't see Ranma and Co. doing all that nasty stuff to
 Ryoga, I can, and do, see Ryoga running through the streets of Japan, always
 looking over his shoulder (Of course he can't get lost when he wants to),
 trying to find his own elusive 'One Armed Man', while Akane lays comatose in
 a hospital somewhere.  You could cast Ranma as the Federal Marshal tracking
 down Ryoga, but who gradually realizes that something doesn't add up.  But
 who would the rapist be? >>
