	Desty Nova uncovers a cyrogenetic case containing a strange young man.
His energy patterns are seemingly off the scale and his incredible
physical conditioning can't be accounted for given his lack of
cybernetics. But what REALLY has the intrepid doctor foaming at the
mouth is the incredible structuring of the brain. Euphoric count is
impossibly low, his nuerons seemingly adapted to actually feed off a
constant level of Depression. Never has he seen such a perfect example
of inescapable Karma. Now what would happen if he set this guy loose in
a city so heavily feuled by pain as Scrape Iron City?
