1) People would write their own Synopses of their works, to be up to 
  10-15 lines, wordwrapped at about 70-78 words(although I will format
  synopses if they come in wrong, I'd prefer not to have to devote too
  much time to that particular aspect of this).

Oops, sorry. Make this 5-10 lines, 15 is too excessive, and would only
work against the person who wrote it. 

Also, if you have a web page that store your fics, it would be best to 
post that in your email as well. I'll write up an example of how best 
to send your synopses in a day or so, once I see what the 
reactions/opinions are.
