Do NOT send your unsub message to the FFML proper. You will not be
unsubbed (unless WW is in a good mood, or an extrordinarily bad one) and
you will most likely get flamed seven ways to hell. Send a blank message
with "unsubscribe" in the subject field (minus the quotation marks) to:

mailto:fanfic-request@fanfic.com

To resubscribe, use this same clever method, but substitute "subscribe"
in the header.

Hopefully this is still correct, as the FFML has undergone some
alterations.
