her over-nuturing and colleting habbits....
Actually, the way I think about Azusa is this: she is probably from
an emotionally deficient family. He only known friend is Mikado, who
is really only with her for her skating ability (there is obviously no
attraction whatsoever).
Such a loss of nuturing and caring results in a vacuum that requires
some kind of nuture and care to fill it. Since there is no attention
for her, she responds by anthropomorphizing objects, and ascribing the
quality of cuteness to them. Randomly selecting said cute items
(whether it is a fishcake or a totem pole), she therefore feels the
need to give them the care and love that she herself has never
recieved.
As someone attempts to take her object/subject of caring from her, she
reacts violently towards the fact that she may not get the chance to
give/recieve the love she would give/recieve from this current of
object of desire.
So, my point: Azusa is a lonely girl whose desire to be loved and
accepted has given her the most twisted variant of kleptomania that
anyone has ever seen.
BTW, these are my opinions; I'm not a doctor, I just play one on FFML.
