I don't remember the details too well, but it was a Ranma fic where
Nabiki arranges to make Ranma her fiancee for some scheme.  She intends for
it to be a purely temporary arrangement, but she and Ranma develop feelings
for each other.  She still breaks the engagement to give him back to Akane,
but at the end of the story Nabiki announces to everyone that she is
becoming another one of Ranma's fiancees. The story is NOT Michael Chen's
fic "No Title."  Please tell me the title, the author, and where it is
archived.
