Tsunam, I've got good news and bad news.  First the bad news:  Your writing
style is so horrible it's criminal.  The good news is that it's Mihoshi who's
serving the arrest warrant.

Seriously though, the reason I CCed this to the FFML is that I know someone
here is going to look at Mihoshi serving the warrant, look at some of the
downright blatently criminal activities going on in other animes, and come up
with a story.

Infact lets make this a contest.  Mihoshi (and Kiyone if you know her) have
to arrest Happosai for panty thief.  Any takers?  [Place Evil Grin Here]
