Now this was one hell of a fic.

>From beginning to end of this thing I was hooked.  The ending kind of 
threw me a little, and at the same time it makes me itch for more.

What else is there to say? Oh, one more thing...

I like the fact that the "normal" background characters get a chance 
to shine through in this one. Hiroshi, Daisuke, Yuka, and Sayuri, and 
various other Furinkan folk, are always just the cannon fodder for 
the main cast, and it gets tiresome--they're people too, dammit! It's 
nice to finally see someone giving them a nice, deep, meaningful 
treatment. Well done.
