When I wrote:

already been screwed, as it were, by Genma (That's a figure of speech, not
an accusation of pedophilia). "

  I may have not made myself clear.  I was supposing a Genma who had an
active libido and who would consider cheating on Nodoka.  As others have
pointed out, Genma's only lust seems to be for food ("You traded me for a
fish?"  "I also got two pickles and some rice.") and even Genma realizes
that Nodoka would use that sword if she found out about any extramarital
activities on his part, and that decapitation probably would be the less
likely but more desirable (by Genma) outcome.
