Most authors have assumed that you are locked in shape by 
the kid so no they wouldn't transform. The authors who 
don't assume this usually have the character undergo a 
spotanious abortion although a few have the child affected 
by the curse. So basically there is not hard and fast rule 
just pick what is best for your story and do it. (but watch 
out for the characters coming to get you in revenge.
