Something I've notiiced lately is a lot more lurkers become
contributors
when they are faced with a 1 hour deadline.
 Now I could be wrong on this assumption but perhaps the idea of a
deadline (real or imagined) actually gets people to put their
proverbial
noses to their QWERTY grindstones....especially if this is only for
an
hour.
 It actually seems to me that if you want to write but "don't have
the
time" somehow an hour gives you that time to write that fragment or
short
story ....
  SO...

	Soooo, maybe you just scared off the rest of the lurkers by saying
this.  If it was a subconscious thing that made them write in an hour
what they wouldn't normally write ever, you just ruined it!
	Of course, I'm probably wrong, and I'm not meaning to say that this
is your fault.  But it sometimes isn't necessary to vocalize all of
your Theories, just put them into action.
