Ukyo: Tethered to Ranma, what is her role in his life every slide? Why
must he always go after Akane? How long till he sees she is the only
constant? Can she hold out? 

That's true.  Never yet seen an Ukyou in any fanfiction who holds
her grudge against Ranma after their first encounter.

	This will sort of not be the case in "Twilight 
Existence"...(coming soon, really!)
