A Vague Attempt at Chronology (1950-2050)
By C. Richard Davies.
Wow! A LOT of work went into this, just keeping the names straight if
nothing else :)
A few spelling errors, such as whiped <out> instead of wiped <out>. Is the
name of the company formed in the aftermath of Genom spelled Conseption or
Conception?
I notice that this mentions some people who have not appeared in a Together
Again story (notably, Kanuka Clancy, Ayukawa Madoka, and Kasuga Kyosuke).
Are they listed here just for completeness, or will they appear in future
stories?
1972 *Ayukawa Madoka is born. (May 25)
*Kasuga Kyosuke is born. (Nov 15)
For some reason I was thinking this was in 1969. However, since the KOR
anime and the KOR manga disagree between themselves on this point, I'm not
going to even bother to check this one (even if I knew where my KOR movie LD
was at this moment)
1975 *Clancy Kanuka is born.
My brand new Akemi Takada Patlabor art books list her name Western style,
while they list the Japanese character's names Japanese style. So since
she's American, her name should be listed Kanuka Clancy.
*An inexpicable natural disaster destroys the island of Grand
Cayman (Sep 15).
Disgruntled investor who's off-shore dealings went south? :p
2003 *Tokyo is scudded by North Korea in a provacatory gesture.
Numerous targets in Nerima and Jyuban are hit, most notably the
Tendou Dojo. Tendou Souun, Tendou Hinako, Tendou Kasumi, Ono
Tofuu, and Saotome Nodoka are all apparently killed, while
Saotome Genma is incapacitated.
'Apparently', huh? I guess this means they'll all make appearances later?
(oops! I forgot, Kasumi's achieved godhood.)
2019 *Rally Vincent disappears on a visit to America.
Didn't take her husband's name, eh?
2034 *<Censored>
Must have been when the events of "Bubblegum Pink" took place. DYO!
Very nice job, Chris :)
