WHOA! Are you trying to tell me that all those mysterious fanfic writer
disappearances ARE NOT due to writers leaving in frustration from a total
lack of response! My GOD! Is there a group of Anime Fanfic Hit-men/women
who constantly pole the list for lousy fics, and then visit those writers,
making sure they never write again? How does one join this hit group?

THAT would explain the many attempts on my life recently. I was just
thinking back on those revengefics, and wondering if the characters
were at it again...
 

This all makes me wonder. In ten years, will Ranma still be the 'hip' thing
to write? That is, if the FFML is still around in ten years. Hmmm... And if
not Ranma? What will?

Come on, in ten years, at least a few Ranma fics will be coming out
still. Lots of people will be introduced to Ranma in the future, because
Viz will still be releasing the Anime and Manga cuz they'll still be
translating it! How long till Pansuto Tarou shows up? Heck, how many
fics have Tarou anyways?

Maybe instead of fanfics, there will be fan-films. Yea! Instead of just
writing fics, they'll act them out and tape 'em. And by then, the Internet

Hey, why don't we just form a company to do our own Anime? Buy the
rights
to Ranma and DBZ, get some people that can draw...hey, this is a great
idea! Lets call the company Giant X, or something like that...

bandwidth will have improved enough to actually send stuff like that over
the net. Of course, ten years from now, Anime will have engulfed the world.
Nothing will be free of it's grasp. Or is it that way already?

Nah, we've still got three years till the planned takeover.
