Getting close enough to any of the Knight Sabres is not a problem.
Sylia must meet with a multitude of people each day, and most of them
probably get within a yard of her. If you wanted to use biowarfare,
that is close enough to use most nerve agents without affecting anyone
else. And there are agents that aren't tracable.

You want to stay away from biowarfare? Fine by me. Let's try crime.
Genom could send some Boomers to beat the crap out of Priss, and leave a
fresh corpse of an Outrider in the same area. Police would conclude
that the Outriders attacked her, and she managed to kill one before
being taken out. A BU-12 attacks Nene while she is driving her scooter
to work.

Crime not your scene? How about technology? Call up Linna. When she
answers the phone, send a high frequency burst of sound. At the right
frequency, it ruptures the eardrum and pierces the brain. Dead in
seconds. Two problems with that though. One, it is kind of messy, as
blood would have a tendancy to shoot out of ears, and two, it can't be
written off as natural, or have an easy explination. Which means that
you need a clean up crew to dispose of the body, and clean up the blood.

Still not satisfied? Okay, how about 'natural' disaster? If you point
a nine at Sylia and pull the trigger, she's gonna die, naturally. But
how do you cover it up? Damn shame that Lady633 had that problem with
it's gas main. Could only tell that it was the owner's body by the
dental records.

It's scary how easy it is to kill people and get away with it.
