Idea comes to mind. Why not have those who are interested not only
write a story directly having to do with Ryouga's adventures in other
worlds, but have him make small, Semi-insane cameo appearances in our
own stories.

"Sir, I'm picking up a dimensional shift in the nearby area," one of
Deevra's officers informed as the galaxy Police continued to battle
Ryoko and her friends.
	"You're just picking up Washu's lab. It's multi-dimensional," Deevra
mused aloud.
"But, sir. It's only twelve meters away. See?" the officer replied,
pointing at a strange shimmering line that cut through the air.
"What the hell is that?" Deevra asked, doging to one side as one of
Ryoko's energy bolts nearly struck his armor.
	"I don't... Someone's coming out!"
Sure enough, the line widened, and curved outwards. A young boy with
black hair, wearing strange brown and orange clothing stepped out. He
carried a large backpack, overflowing with supplies and souveniers. An
object, like and umbrella, was strapped to the top of the bag. A small,
glass-like object was on the top of his right hand. It gleemed
strangely in the daylight, almost radiating a power from within. The
boy didn't seem to notice or hear the battle going on around him.
Mihoshi saw the boy appear and tried to manuever her mech to meet him.
However, she brushed against the charge setting on her Plasma cannon and
accidently fired a massive, fully charged blast tworads the unaware boy.
The blast struck the ground about a foot away from the boy. He
suddenly looked up, saw Mihoshi's Mech, and removed the umbrela from his
bag. With a snap, he oppened the umbrella and spun it through the air.
It stood stright up as it flittered in the sky, eventually reaching
Mihoshi. The umbrella shattered the Mech's protective visor and struck
Mihoshi in the forehead. She fell to the ground, unconcious. Everyone
on either side of the battle cheered.
The umbrella came back around and the boy caught it. It folded back up
and the boy put it away. He returned to his normal unaware strides,
reaching another of the strange ripling lines in the air. This one also
opened to accomodate him and vanished once he left their reality.
