I liked the story, but I wasn't quite so enthused about receiving it twice -
downloading a quarter-meg message from my POP maildrop takes a while, after
all.
First I come out of sedation to find that Kissy's been playing with
my computer. *Then* I find out the behemoth got double posted. Sheesh!
From what I've been able to piece together, she posted the first to
the ML and it got stuck in WW's server as being too big (well, duh). Then
I get a message from WW that he upped the limits on his server and I was
*supposed* to repost the story. Well, what could I do? So I sent it out
again, figuring the first went to 'story heaven' and would be seen no more.
The next morning I got, not one, but two postings of my own damn
story. [Grumble] Apparently, the first wasn't really dead, just playing
possum until WW wasn't looking.
Anyway, Kissy has been appropriately punished. (I'm not telling how
but it included fur manacles, whip cream, Kasumi Tendo and a whip. The
funny part was she seemed to *enjoy* it.) [shrug]
Sorry all. I'll start locking the computer up at night again.
