Well I'm not going for a perfect fit for the character here, just someone
that fit's one or two of the qualifications of the Senshi. Karin-chan can
time travel, therefore she's perfect for Sailor Pluto.....:)

But if you want someone who's fits the character more then the only name
that can pop into my head right now (and is a female....Goto-san would
make a great Pluto if he was a she...:) is Sylia Stingray.

Sylia would make the perfect manipulator that is required for the role of
Pluto.  As for Saturn, what is required is a true anime psycho....  Ayanami

That depends on what you mean by psycho.  Sure Kodachi and B-ko qualify,
but for Sailor Saturn I'd have to say Miyu (I love that laugh) or Tendo
Kasumi ("Oh my!")
