I see two problems.  First, since this would naturally lend itself to a
parody, I would end up using much the same jokes as BSSR, and I dislike
fics that have no originality.  Second, there's already a Tenchi magical
girl parody, Pretty Sammy.

TV series) or Nagi (TV series only)?

And considering Pretty Sammy - why not a Pretty Sammy/Sailor Moon
crossover of some kind? (Please, not a Vs. fic. Just have Pretty Sammy and
Sailor Moon wind up working on the same or closely connected cases, or
something of the sort.)

And also, a Lovely Angels & Tenchi fusion.

Ranma Al'Thor's _Dance of Shiva_ series gives a pretty good idea of how
Miho-Kiyo would go about racking up the collateral damage points, IMHO.
