Well... so far, this story looks like an exact duplicate of
Sailor Moon R with some names changed to put Makoto/Sailor 
Jupiter into the spot-light. That doesn't mean it is, since 
this is only the very beginning... but we'll see.

I'll have to see more before I decide if I like it or not...
