You know.. this was an excellent fic. Which is why I hated it so
much. *sigh* 

	Dammit, Scott, you managed to punch all the right buttons. The
"You've got a higher Destiny" thing that I hate and resent so much. The
need for self sacrifice in the name of something you don't even believe
in. And the attitude that there is a Higher Plan somewhere that is SO much
more important than our tiny little lives. *angry disbelief*

	Yet at the same time, you've taken all the elements I hate so
deeply and woven them into a truly excellent fic. Your phrasing is
elegant, your story-crafting superb. You've managed, with this story, to
do something that happens rarely.. write something that I utterly loath,
yet will re-read as often as possible out admiration for the story.

	*frustrated sigh*

	At least warn a guy when you're going to write something this
good, okay?

	And thanks for doing the story. It was good. Damned good.
