I recently made a big deal over the awards voting for Ranma 1/2 fanfics.
Then (after a few too many beers perhaps) it came to me. We need an FFML
awards thing or whatever. Maybe this idea has already been suggested but
I don't care. What we should do is assign someone to keep track of the 
fanfics for a month then put out a list and people vote for them. 
Simple, right? So I'm recommending that you all (quite possibly when 
you're not fully alert) begin a campaign for the 1st (and probably last)
FFML awards.
