This is the finalized version of the first seven chapters of my 
Tenchi Muyo (mostly)-lemon series. The series now has a name: Aikan 
Muyo, "No Need for Sadness and Joy." (At least, that's what the 
Japanese <> English Server says. I may be too trusting. :) ).

A note to those of you who read these when I posted them before: 
Chapters #2-5 and #7 are mostly unchanged, except for correction of 
errors and slight tweaks, and a bit of an expansion to the 
Tenchi/Ryoko lemon scene in #5. 

However, Chapter#1 (No Need for Fantasies) has been added to a *lot*, 
and slightly altered in tone, to conform with the rest of the 
chapters. Based on C&C (and personal observation) it was the weak 
link in the series. Hopefully I've corrected this.

And, even more importantly, Chapter#6 (No Need for Discipline) has 
been almost completely re-written. Only the core of the "Oujo-sama 
to Oyobi" scene remains from the original. It's gotten much, much 
bigger, and (I hope) better.

So, even if you've already read these, please re-read Chapter#1 and 
Chapter#6, and let me know what you think.

The old Chapter #7 (No Need for Megami ex Machina) is now history. 
Though quite a few folks liked it, I decided I wanted to see if I'm 
up the challenge of achieving a semi-stable Aeka/Ryoko/Tenchi 
triangle with the materials Tenchi Muyo has at hand, instead of 
resorting to a crossover to do it.

Lastly, and not leastly, thanks to all who gave their C&C. In

before I post it:

This series is initially set in the Tenchi TV continuity. It starts  
at the same time as TV Episode #14 - No Need for Rebellion, i.e.  
about three months after the arrival of the Masaki's houseguests. But 
in this universe, Kagato does *not* take over Jurai. Essentially, my 
series splits off where TV#14 would have begun, and takes a 
different course.

However, I'm assuming that certain events from OAV#7 - The Night
Before the Carnival could and have happened. Specifically, the Nurse 
Washuu incident, Sasami's prank with the shoujo manga, Ryoko's 
attempt to sneak into Tenchi's bedroom, and Aeka's stopping  of 
same. There's no reason this things *couldn't* have taken place, 
after all.

Later episodes -- especially No Need for Discipline -- also draw
heavily on "Oujo-sama to Oyobi" from the Tenchi Soundfile Video,
which doesn't seem restricted to either the OAV or TV continuity.

from the OAV series, when I can make them make sense in the context
