Here's a few matchups I thought out.

A:  Ranma; B:  Akane; C:  Ryoga/Kuno
A:  Akane; B:  Ranma; C:  Ukyo/Shampoo

I don't think Kuno and Shampoo belong in here (well, maybe Kuno; I'm not
certain) because neither of them are self sacrificing enough to let the
object of their affections go once the 'a' person is out of the picture.

Possibly the only "Ranma gets Akane" certain Ukyo fans (waives hi to Zen)
like, simply because it makes her so noble.

Better than having her acquainted with a sharp object or a bottle of
pills...

A:  Ayeka; B:  Tenchi; C:  Ryoko

this one could, of course, be easily reversed.  Or have Sasami, Kiyone,
Mihoshi, Washu (etc.) introduced into it.

(Person A) loves (person B)
(Person B) loves (Person A)
(Persons C, D, E, F, and G love person B)
and go from there.
