Would Akane ever say this:
1. FACE TO FACE is better than letters, messages, or talking to everyone
but the person you are in conflict with. This is provided there's no
threat of violence.
7. ATTACK THE PROBLEM not the person. DOn't blame the other person,
interpret their behaviour, or threaten them.
