Actually, you've misinterpreted it... it's more a form of the Heinsenberg
Uncertainty Principle (as far as I know it, anyway). So:

The entity we know as "Tybalt" in his appearances to us seems have two
forms: his moderation activities, and his e-mail address. Now, if we try
to document his moderation activities, his e-mail address changes, as as
soon as we find -out- the address as a result of documenting the
moderation, he changes it. If, however, we manage to find a reliable way
to track his e-mail address, he promptly stops moderating, as now
everyone
knows where to fling their insults.

Actually, this is nothing like the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle.

	Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle (to the best of my knowledge) states that
you cannot observe any event or state without altering it yourself.  This
is the reason why you can't have ghosts walking around that can see us but
we can't see them, this princeable says that if they can see us, we MUST be
able to see them.
