It didn't help that she could sense this almost tangible feeling

Uh... "ripe"? That could be taken in the wrong way by someone even more
hentai than I am. ~_^

*Gasp* A bigger hentai than you?! Is that possible?! :)
You're trying to get back at me for pointing out that scene in your
fic where Azusa was being taken away by those agents sounded sick,
aren't you?

A part of him wanted to go to China now so Akane could remember
him again, hopefully leading to a happy life together. Another part,
most likely his conscience, demanded that he look after her in
Ryugenzawa. But... if he helped her cure Shinnosuke, she was certain
to find happiness with the forgetful boy, and he would be nothing more
than a long forgotten memory.

    Which happiness was more important?

A true moral dilemma, I love it! I was right when I said it could get
worse for Ranma. :)

It's fun to do evil things to characters(though it could get worse.
just be thankful I didn't use that koi fishing rod O_O)

Of course, I have to thank Scott for prereading this for me, and those
who are going to comment(hint, hint.)
<Emily notices the blank looks on the readers' faces and smacks them
on the head.> "Baka, that meant you!" ^_^
Ow! Why didn't you say so?

I thought I just did :)
