Rand pulls other Ta'averens.  And the sort of coincidences surrounding
Nerimaites are pretty low grade compared to Rand entering a town and the

Ta'averens can pull other Ta'averens along, and the stuff he effects
requires a LOT more coincidence than anything Ranma or Ryouga have
effected.

I have no insurance.  Even if you killed me and stole my possessions,
