There is no *right* spelling, because the word was NOT WRITTEN IN ROMAN
LETTERS ORIGINALLY.
Ukyo is correct. Ukyou is correct. Ukyoo is correct.
The first require knowing that the o is a long o sound. The second and
third are the two standard ways of showing that it's a long o sound.
Ukkyo is wrong, because Japanese can actually have a double k in words,
and it's not said the same way!
