Actually, both seem to be equal in the respects of martial arts.  I 
believe they'd wind up equals, but it depends on when you have them 
fight, after all, Chinmi hasn't (or at least last time I checked) any 
chi/ki attacks and Ranma's developed quite a few interesting ones.  Then 
again, Chinmi has gone up against people who actually want to kill him 
and have been practicing for most of their lives.  Standard Ranma cast, 
excluding Mousse and Shampoo, haven't done so.
I guess it all comes down to this question: Who's your favorite?
