Hi everybody,

I was just thinking of this idea and I just wanted to see if there was
any interest at all.

oh there's some interest here alright.  The evil dead series is on of my
favorite series of movies.  First one tres scary (NO, i have NO clue why i
use the word tres so much these days), the second one funny and the third
well who knows.

If you've figured it out by the title, I was thinking of doing an Evil
Dead type story with the Ranma 1/2 cast.  The basic premise of the story
would be that someone (I haven't mapped out who, maybe Happy but I
dunno) got really pissed off and got their hands on Necronomicon Ex
Mortus, or the Book of the Dead. The Evil Force shows up, and carnage
ensues.

Oh its always happosai... howabout mousse or even ryouga hellbent on getting
some power.  or just to be fun have it a lot like evil dead 1 where they all
go camping and have a blast and uncover the evil book or something.  THough
in all truthfullness the first one never tied in with the second  or third
ones.

I haven't actually figured out who gets possessed, who lives/dies, or
who the main hero will be.  I'm leaning towards Ryoga 'cuz I think he
fits the 'Ash' role of 'Evil Dead 2' a little better.  Ranma would
probably suit better an 'Army of Darkness' type role... although I think
Ryoga could fit that role fine.

Oh both are arrogant to the extreme.  Mind you ash is certainly not the same
in each film.  First one he's the sensitive kinda guy, the second one he's a
loon and the third he's a complete braggart, the kind you just want to kill.

Everyone dies!  whee ahh write i'll read it.

Either way, I'll probably end up doing it, and if there isn't too much
interest, I'll probably post it on the homepage I'm setting up for the
Two Fifty Seven fic.

oh well i'll definitely give it one of my reviews.  so please post it or at
least update us when you do start to write it.

Anyways, just wanted to throw that one out. Take care, folks.

PS:  I dunno if anyone's actually done this idea before, and if so,
sorry.
