Uh, why would he shake his head no?  He learned them.

No, actually Ranma never learned how to swindle or steal from anyone (which is
what I think they're refering to here.)  If you're thinking of the Umi Sen Ken
and the Yama Sen Ken, those are martial arts based on a thief attacking a house
(and Ranma only learned the Umi Sen Ken).  Neither of those arts taught him how
to steal or swindle from anyone.
