As much as I like Ryouga I have to admit that Brendan is right there is no
way in hell
he can get out of the situation without at least having twenty bones broken
by an irate
Akane. One suggestion for this type of fanfic is  Ryouga's secret is
revealed and have
Ryouga get his ass seriously kicked (A month in the hospital which is taking
into
consideration his rapid recovery rate :-- ) While Ryouga is in a coma Ranma
tries to
explain to Akane why Ryouga was P-chan (He wouldn't want her killing Ryouga
afterall and
he does sort of have a friendship with Ryouga) Akane forgives Ryouga, but
beats the living
hell out of him every now and then.

Something about the whole P-Chan/Akane relationship puzzles me. Considering 
the usually prudish Ryoga's typical reaction to scantily-clad (let alone nude) 
women--ie., strangled outcry, massive nosebleed, dead faint--which he also 
displays as P-Chan--how likely is it that he's really _seen_ anything in 
Akane's bedroom? We can assume he doesn't burst blood vessels and pass out 
every time Akane gets ready for bed. ("P-Chan?!? Not again! Snap out of it! 
[rattle rattle rattle] Darn! Better take him to the vet tomorrow.") 
So--perhaps he has found ways (more and more ingenious/ridiculous as time goes 
by) to avoid seeing her disrobe.

This might be the basis for an interesting story in itself ("The Perils of 
P-Chan"?), or it might put an interesting spin on the Akane discovering 
Ryoga's secret story. (Ranma asks her, as she mallets Ryoga into the ground, 
just _what_ he's actually seen of her. Akane sputters, thinks back on P-Chan's 
odd behaviour around bedtime, transfers her anger to Ranma, punts him into the 
next prefecture...)

Ah, well. My guess is that she's known he's been P-Chan all along. She's 
pretty clueless, but she's no Kuno.
