settled!! And had some good rants going to... Ah well. I'm not Lawson, but

Doesn't matter either way. They're both the same age with the same physical
features. I personally believe bodies {BEkane's martial skills would have
deteriorated somewhat during her "unfortunate incarceration"} but that's just

Two Did anyone in the story realize their were two Akanes? Even Akane

I'm thinking no. The BE cast would assume that it was just some complicated
psychological delusion BEkane's mind built in order to help herself get
better, and the TIL cast thought it was some kind of horribly monstrous
dream/sleepwalking kinda thing. The TIL people might figure it out after a
whole lot of reasoning, but this strikes me as the kind of thing they'd want
to put behind them ASAP, without a lot of deep-delving discussion. I might be
REALLY wrong there... you'll have to ask Lawson. 

Plus, if they DID figure it out, it would affect DOH, five years later...
TILma would figure out  why he was in TOP a LOT quicker. { <snap fingers>

Good work neverless you conjured up both worlds quite effectively and
while I would have liked to have seen more of the  sane Akane in the
BE world. That would probably have changed the thrust of the story
quite a bit as she probably would have been able to convince people
she was from another world. For people I would consider Ryoga and
Nabiki and maybe Dr. Ono as the most likely to figure out what was
going on.

I have a LOT to say about that, but i'll leave it to Richard. Ja ne!
