Some people dislike certain types of fics. Tags are a courtesy to 
everyone - a warning sign, if you will, proclaiming to all what lies 
within, so that they can choose for themselves if they want to read 
it or not. I prefer to have that choice.

Me, I read most stuff, but I *still* think tags are good - and that
"mood"-type tags (WAFF/sad/dark/whatever) should be used more.
Why? Because while I read  them all, I prefer to do so at the
right *time*. A very dark piece, no matter how well written, just ain't
gonna work when you're on a sugar high - for example.
