Hmm nod, i guess it was kind of cruel of Ranma to dump Shampoo like that,
but that doesn't mean he won't pay for it later. You reap what you sow, i
think that's the expression, namely he will be forced with a choice later.
The only excuse i can offer for him doing what he did was that he basically
didn't care about Akane at the time. If he doesn't worry about Akane
malleting him into Lower Earth Orbit 99.9% of the time, he WOULD take after
one of the other fiancees if he did think that Akane was a lost cause to be
fighting for. But we all know Ranma, he'll always go back to Akane in the
end. Still, to satisfy those of u out there who think that Ranma's actions
were dishonorable, don't worry, he will pay for it later as expected.

I agree though, i'll prolly insert a part in chapter 3 describing character
thoughts on Ranma, Shampoo and Ran-ko. (sigh, i can see Chapter 3 hitting 6
parts already, atm it's already 4 parts).


About the part with someone dying later on, i'll shed some light on it now.
The way it goes is that the tournament begins, Ranma, Ran-ko and prolly
Shampoo as one team fight their way to the end and win it all. Now during
the actual tournament, Jyusei(Seijiiku) will be attempting to reclaim the
'essence' from whoever is Jusenkyo cursed (ie have them killed somehow).
Though note that a LOT of chars will be taking part in the tournament. Toma,
Kirin, Wonton, Toristan, Monlon, Ebitan, Sarutoru, Herb, Kumon Ryu, etc etc
etc. They wont exactly play a major part in the story, they are simply there
for the tournament because of the invitation. 

Now as the tournament progresses, Ranma starts to suspect that Jyusei is not
all as he seems. (This makes a possible night-infiltration raid on Jyusei's
mansion or office building). One way or the other, he gets a pretty good
idea what is going down and refuses to fight in the final battle. Jyusei
gets pissed and knowing that Seijiiku cannot be fully reborn without all the
essences merged, tries one last ditch method. He awakens the essence in
Ran-ko, making her go into an uncontrollable blood-rage (Jusenkyo's Full
Moon - Wake Up(Awakened) Saotome Ran-ko).

>From here, one of 2 things can happen 1) Ranma kills her (unwillingly of
course) or 2) he defeats her and she wakes up normal. From there, Jyusei
tries one more time, awakening the essence within Ryoga. Now Ryoga's essence
is no where near as powerful as Ranma's original essence (he's a pig, whatta
expect? ;). But his dark ki and depression help to fuel the Raging Demon
within. (Knowledge of Murderous Intent Insanity's Rage Hibiki Ryoga). If
this happens, Ranma gets beaten by Ryoga then (SOMEONE) jumps in. It is at
this point that Ryoga kills someone. 

Either way, Ryoga gets beaten into unconsciousness in the end. Jyusei goes
insane and knowing the essence is now as good as lost, wants to exact
revenge at least. So someone has to fight him (though only Akane and Ranma
together can truly destroy him, but they are Fire and Ice...). Someone
fights him once in Jyusei's body, they beat him, then Seijiiku's spirit
takes over the body fully. Everyone gets transported (everyone as in the
team of 3 that is fighting) to either the Demonic Plane or the Spirit Plane
or Jusenkyo to fight. I am debating at this point, whether or not to have
Akane and Ranma destroy him. If not, it leads on to a second story
Jusenkyo's Curse 2 - Bloodties.
