If any of you recall, I was writing a fanfic called 'Song of the Lute,'
which was a Ranma 1/2/Final Fantasy 1 fusion story.  I had five to seven
pages done, and the first chapter was almost ready to post to my
website...and I discovered, much to my dismay, that it is vanished off of
my harddrive, along with a lot of my other fanfiction, such as Ryoga 1/2
and Mirror Images.

Fortunately, I have most of my stuff archived at my website so I just
retrieved it; no problem there.  The thing is, I don't archive stuff,
obviously, until it's finished, and chapter 1 of Song of the Lute wasn't
finished, so I hadn't archived it.

I may, however, have sent it out to someone on the FFML for prereading.
The most likely would be Jorge Pratt, but it could have been anyone.
*Please,* someone, tell me you've got a copy of this story of mine.

If it turns out no one's got a copy, I'm just going to trash the story,
since I'm not in the mood (nor will I ever be, I suspect) to rewrite or
re-research all that crap...
