What is a MST? Well, MST is short for Mystery Science Theator

which has a human and two 'robots' (puppets) making fun of bad

movies. It WAS

on Comity Central, but is now on the Sci-Fi Chanle. Thay mostly

make fun of

old B science fiction and horror movies (with a few fanticy films

in for good

messer).

So only bad fanfiction gets MSTed? 

Absolutely NOT. Unlike the show MST3K, most fanfic MSTs are reviews
of fics that are worth reading. Not that there aren't MSTs of bad
fics...there are plenty of *those* around as well. However, most of
the MSTs you read are done because the reviewer liked the fic enough
to feel like taking the time to write a send-up of the fic. And
believe me, MSTs are *not* easy to write, unless the fic is so
terrible it basically makes fun of itself. When reviewing *good*
fics, I end up putting lots of time into the effort. That's why most
of the MSTs I do are of very deserving fics...such as God-boy's "Oh!
My Brother!" and "Shieldsman".
