I'm curious... what IS an MST?

A reference to Mystery Science Theatre 3000, a show that started on
Comedy Central and moved to the (American) Sci Fi Channel, wherein a
guy and some robots poked fun at cheesy movies.  I'm told that this
kind of fun-poking is one of the primary methods of providing feedback
on FFML, even for good stories.
